Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good infrastructure condition and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and supervises facilities infrastructure operations (plumbing, HVAC, and electrical) and maintenance.
  • Controls material acquisition and job order processes, environmental management controls systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate planning, scheduling, and implementation of activities to accomplish work in cooperation with other sections of the department and/or other facility departments and services.

Requirements and skills:

  • Excellent communicative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, adjust to changing priorities, and complete work on time.
  • Ability to handle pressure.
