Job Description

This is the full supervisory level in the maintenance and repair of our facility. In addition, this classification is responsible for managing the preventative maintenance contracts and scheduling preventative maintenance for all facilities. You are responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the overall facilities maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and coordinates all maintenance work.
  • Data entry into maintenance software and parts tracking for downed units.
  • Coordinates resources and parts for units that are returning from the field.
  • Schedules equipment repairs and PM services.
  • Assists in parts tracking for equipment repairs.
  • Processes maintenance forms and verifies their proper completion.
  • Follows all safety processes and procedures.

Requirements and skills:

  • Effective decision-making skills
  • Possesses good communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 4 years of field experience.
