Job Description

Omni recruiter is seeking to hire Building Supers for its clients. They will be responsible for meeting building-process schedules, managing subcontractors, controlling costs and safety, and fully accountable for the quality of assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing management and monitor all phases of construction in new projects.
• Coordinate on-site construction activity for the scope of work and all trades.
• Schedule subcontractors and delivery dates for materials and supervise their work.
• Inspect subcontractors’ work for quality standards.
• Communicate safety standards to subcontractors, enforce safety regulations, and resolve quality control issues as they arise.
• Coordinate the inspection process.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven track record of outstanding customer service and performance.
• 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Excellent communication, management, and customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction is a bonus.
