Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class client support.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, lease summaries of new tenants, annual budget, operating expense escalations, and capital expense forecast.
- Review and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges.
- Supervise engineering staff.
- Monitor the maintenance work order system.
- Conduct routine property inspections.
- Coordinate team on tenant improvements and building projects.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of Real-Estate experience (buildings and/or industrial buildings).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects at any given time.
- Extremely professional, courteous, and customer service-focused.
