Job Description
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of an industrial portfolio while maintaining and improving the underlying performance of each commercial property, achieving company goals, and addressing tenant questions and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with vendors, general contractors, engineers, tenants, coworkers, etc.
- Audit and manage all fiscal activities of the property, including cost allocations, analysis of monthly expenses, annual budget preparation, budget re-forecasting, CAM estimates and reconciliations, business and financial planning, monthly financial statement review, and capital expenditure oversight.
- Manage all day-to-day activities of the property and including lease administration, property maintenance, operations oversight, and standard operating procedures.
- Negotiate contracts and supervise all contractor services related to the physical operation of the property
- Ensure revenues are timely collected and payments are properly processed; improve systems to ensure and enhance current collections and operations.
- Visit and inspect properties to evaluate their condition and recommend improvement and risk mitigation.
- Ensure repair and maintenance requests are timely and professionally responded to and managed, with an emphasis on quality and cost-efficiency
Requirements and skills:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize time-sensitive objectives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years of field experience.
- Proficiency in lease abstraction, administration, and analysis.
