Seeking Leasing Agents for a well-established local property management company. Should be comfortable in a forward-facing, customer-centric role. This is a full-time opportunity with career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop personal connections with prospective renters, keep current renters happy, and reduce turnover.
• Manage the lease development functions of a Leasing Agent, including answering tenant questions and expediting the lease application process.
• Ability to translate financial and legal real estate terminology into a common language.
• Attention to detail for managing all aspects of lease terms, including conflict resolution, move-in procedures, and financial transactions

• Interpersonal skills.
• Communication skills, including verbal and written.
• 5 years of field experience.
